Rectangular recessed luminaire for wall installation.

Configuration: luminaire body in die-cast aluminum EN AB-47100 alloy (low copper content).

Sandblasted glass diffuser with silk-screened edge fixed to the luminaire by robotic gluing.

High Corrosion Resistance Double Layer Coating: The aluminum parts are painted with a double

layer with powders in line with the QUALICOAT standard: a first layer of epoxy powder (with excellent

chemical and mechanical resistance) and a second finishing layer of polyester powder (resistant to UV rays and

weathering). The entire painting process starts from the components that have been previously

sandblasted to make the surface more porous and ensure greater paint adhesion. Ares executes

alkaline and acid washes to completely clean surfaces, rinse with demineralized water to remove

any residual particles, then carries out a chemical conversion treatment to protect against

rust.

Installation: The electrical components are placed on the removable rear base. The connection is made via

two M16 cable glands (for 4.5 cables

During assembly and maintenance of the appliances, particular attention must be paid not to

damage the powder coating.

Damage combined with the action of water could cause corrosion.
