-CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MATERIALS

EN AW-6060 extruded aluminum structure, pole head and base in aluminium

primary die-cast EN AB-47100 with high resistance to oxidation.

Tumbling process to prepare for the painting phase.

A4 stainless steel screws with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%.

Silicone ricotta gaskets.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) BONDERITE treatment with chemical protection of the material

metal-free fluozirconium containing ceramic nanoparticles that

create a cohesive, inorganic, high density layer.

2) PRE-POLYMERISATION cycle with primer application

epoxy with characteristics of overpainting on the device and of

high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder

with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents,

with resistance to salt spray test of 1500h.

-SOLIDITY'

A solid flange is fixed to the ground to prevent tipping.

The die-cast aluminum head structure is made with a unique

piece.

The 4 corners are particularly robust.

-LIGHTING PERFORMANCE

The optical system is composed of two elements:

1) a 99.98% pure aluminum reflector;

2) striped lentils.

The reflector is placed on top of the lamp to recover the

light that goes upwards and direct it to the ground.

Ribbed lens makes the distribution of light on the ground very homogeneous,

attenuating the shadows, and is glued to the aluminum support with a

silicone resin with exceptional sealing characteristics.
