Body in EN AB-44100 "Copper Free" primary die-cast aluminium

with high resistance to oxidation.

Tumbling process to prepare for the painting phase.

Front finishing ring 2 mm thick. made of AISI stainless steel

316L with a high molybdenum content 2.5-3%.

A4 stainless steel screws with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) BONDERITE treatment with chemical protection of the material

2) PRE-POLYMERISATION cycle with primer application

epoxy with characteristics of overpainting on the device and of

high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder

with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents,

with resistance to salt spray test of 1500h.

The LED is mounted on the electrical circuit and is connected to an electrical cable.

It is then inserted into two technopolymer shells sealed by ad waves

ultrasound.

Section of H07RN-F type power cable closed and sealed with

two-component epoxy resin and internally wired.

The M20 (Ø 6÷12 mm) IP67 quick connector is supplied for

single pass-through connection, to be housed inside the formwork.

Also supplied with clips for installation on walls, countertops and floors

floating.
