-CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MATERIALS

Body in EN AB-44100 "Copper Free" primary die-cast aluminium

with high resistance to oxidation.

Tumbling process to prepare for the painting phase.

Front finishing ring 2 mm thick. made of AISI stainless steel

316L with a high molybdenum content 2.5-3%.

A4 stainless steel screws with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%.

Silicone ricotta gaskets.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) BONDERITE treatment with chemical protection of the material

metal-free fluozirconium containing ceramic nanoparticles that

create a cohesive, inorganic, high density layer.

2) PRE-POLYMERISATION cycle with primer application

epoxy with characteristics of overpainting on the device and of

high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder

with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents,

with resistance to salt spray test of 1500h.

Piece of H07RN-F type power cable closed via the

PG 13.5 cable gland (Ø 6÷12 mm), sealed with epoxy resin

two-component and internally wired with cables covered by sheaths

protective silicone glass socks.

The M20 (Ø 5÷14 mm) IP68 quick connector for

single pass-through connection, to be housed inside the formwork.

Changing the headlamp without completely removing the device.
