The use of the PMP-30 marking elements is extremely simple: the marking is composed with the appropriate tools and is introduced directly into the window of the PM tubes. Once introduced, the elements remain protected by the tube which makes them resistant to water, alcohol, acidic, alkaline and numerous solvent substances. The insertion window allows the elements to be introduced even in tubes already mounted on wired cables; at the same time it is possible to make corrections without intervening on the wiring. The marking elements are available in white and yellow, with printing of the acronyms in black, and coloured, according to the international code foreseen by the IEC 757 standard.
